Both technical and administration staff can easily master the user-friendly Plesk platform to upload and update their websites and manage their hosting account.
Uniquely to HEAnet, we also offer a range of other services for added resilience, such as our fail over service HotStandBy. However, please note that not all Plesk servers are designed to work with HotStandBy:
- Compatible with HEAnet HotStandBy Service: “Plesk Enterprise” – single Plesk server dedicated to one client where only one or a small number of websites are hosted
- Not compatible with HEAnet HotStandBy Service: “Plesk” – multiple different clients sitting on one server

Website Hosting by HEAnet is offered on a cost-recovery basis to clients, making it a highly affordable hosting option.
There are three prices ranges available when choosing the right website hosting package for you- Bronze, Silver and Gold:
