Eligibility
This is a HEAnet framework available to HEAnet, its member institutes and consumers of its services.
Products Available Under Framework
This is a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the provision of VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) products, hardware and associated services which will include hardware and software for hosted/cloud-based PBX solutions, fixed line voice services and unified communications platforms.
There are four lots on this framework.
- Lot 1 – eir Collaborate platform for VOIP products, hardware and associated services or equivalent
- Lot 2 – Three Connect platform for VOIP products, hardware and associated services or equivalent
- Lot 3 – Vodafone Business UC platform for VOIP products, hardware and associated services or equivalent
- Lot 4 – Other platforms for VOIP products, hardware and associated services
The seven suppliers on this framework are eir evo, Three Ireland, Vodafone Ireland, Phone Pulse, Avita Communications, Magnet+ and Damovo.
Expiry
The framework will expire on 28 August 2027 with an option to extend by one 12-month period.
