Eligibility
This is an Office of Government Procurement (OGP) framework available to HEAnet, its member institutes and consumers of its services.
Services Available under Framework
This is a multi-supplier multi-lot framework for the provision of individual external ICT technical resources, to fulfil specific role(s) to deliver ICT Technical Support Services i.e. where a Framework Client requires a particular ICT technical role to augment its in-house capacity on an ad-hoc needs basis. The lots in this framework are:
- Lot 1 – Applications Development Lifecycle
- Lot 2 – Project Governance and Management
- Lot 3 – Test Services
- Lot 4 – Infrastructure and Networks
- Lot 5 – Cloud
- Lot 6 – Database, Data and Analytics
- Lot 7 – Cyber Security
- Lot 8 – Helpdesk Support
Expiry
The framework will expire on 31 July 2027.
