The HEAnet Conference 2024 set a new attendance record, drawing 440 participants from Ireland’s education and research community. The event highlighted cutting-edge advancements in technology, connectivity, and innovation, reinforcing its position as one of Ireland’s premier conferences in the sector. Hosted at the Great Southern Hotel in Killarney from November 6th to 8th, the conference featured an inspiring keynote by Jeremy White, thought-provoking panel discussions, and interactive workshops tailored to address the evolving demands of Ireland’s learning and research landscape.
Our industry partners, including Enet, Dell, Microsoft, and many others, joined in sharing cutting-edge solutions and fostering discussions around future challenges. The conference served as a platform for open discussion and knowledge sharing for over 40 speakers from some of Irelands most esteemed institutions in Education, Research and Technology.
