HEAnet, together with GÉANT and other National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) around the world, joins Cyber Security Month (CSM), the European initiative coordinated by ENISA and by the European Commission to raise cyber security awareness in Europe.
GÉANT’s CSM2021 Campaign
GÉANT’s CMS2021 campaign, supported by HEAnet, will focus on the importance of digitally safe home-working and its central theme, ‘Cyber Hero @ Home‘, is divided into 4 weekly sub-themes that will be addressed throughout the month of October 2021:
- Be aware of cybercrime,
- Protect your network,
- Protect your devices,
- Protect your identity.
The programme also includes a series of webinars, one per weekly theme, presented by security experts from research, education and industry. We encourage HEAnet Clients who would like to upskill themselves in this area to join.
