Hosted RADIUS, a new service from HEAnet, provides a fully managed solution for building, maintaining, and hosting RADIUS servers using GÉANT’s geteduroam technology.

Hosted RADIUS enables HEAnet clients to participate in eduroam without hosting their own RADIUS servers, reducing time, effort, and money. It also enhances security by eliminating password-based authentication – leveraging Edugate authentication for user onboarding and issuing user certificates via geteduroam for ongoing access.
