Frank Slyne is a Senior Researcher with the TCD/Connect Optical Network Architecture group.

His research focuses on converged optical-wireless metro-access, SDN, virtualization, and QoS optimization in multi-tenant TDM PON . Previous to this he worked in the data comms, value added services and ISP platforms and systems areas of Telecom Eireann / Eircom.
