Lorraine graduated from UCC with BA(Hons) in European Studies, Italian and French and has a Masters in Management and Marketing. Lorraine is also an ITIL guru and has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and focuses on Lean IT in process development and continuous improvement. In addition to her Service Delivery role, Lorraine is also the Project Manager for the Ivanti ESM project.
