Michael is an experienced IT Professional with over 16 years’ experience in Managed ICT and Security Services. He has held various technical roles, as well as Service Management and Product Management roles.

Michael started with HEAnet in January this year to head up the Security Operation Team. Since formation, the teams primary focus has been on the service stand up and client onboarding to HEAnet's SOC & SIEM service. Watch this space as the team continue to build out a wider managed security services portfolio for the Education and Research Sector.
