Liz has an BSc in Computer Science and 10 years of experience in customer service. Liz started working in University College Cork in 2020 as the Staff IT Helpdesk Supervisor before beginning her role as Ivanti System Administrator in 2022.

Liz's experience as Helpdesk Supervisor gave her insight into the ticket logging process from the end user's perspective, how the internal teams handle these tickets, and the crucial information to gather at the start to speed up resolution. This effectively helped Liz onboard teams to the new case management system especially if they had not used one before.
