Noreen works with EduCampus as the Programme Manager for the Student Records Management System (SRMS), which includes a number of strategic projects to implement and upgrade complex cloud-based enterprise systems for the higher education sector in Ireland.  She holds a PhD in process engineering from the University of Limerick and is a certified Project Manager (PMBOK).

Her professional experience includes academic administration and research management, public procurement and managing complex projects/programmes in the public and private sectors in the USA and Ireland.  She is client focused, with expertise with building and managing relationships across a wide range of cross-sectoral stakeholders.
