Sam is an IT and Project Management professional with nearly three decades of experience in the industry. He has worked with HEAnet as a PMO project manager for the last two years. Project management can be seen as process driven, however, Sam believes that success is based not on process, but on the people who work on projects.

Autonomy, support, motivation, communication, and collaboration are the cornerstones to ensuring that, while all projects can't have overriding success, project teams with a strong bond, based on trust, will always deliver exceptional performance. Success will follow. Sam is happiest spending time with his family but, when he can, he'll read, play music, and pass you on his bike on a country road.
