Digital Futures is a Dell-founded initiative to promote awareness and interest to female students about the variety of careers within the Technology industry.

Since its inception, the programme has been adopted by Connecting Women in IT (CWIT) member companies and is presented by company employees representing various roles and experience levels.

The interactive sessions are filled with videos, activities and conversations with the students on the impact of technology in their lives.

To date, the programme has been presented to over 30,000 students in Ireland with over 85% confirming that they would explore technology companies or technology-focused disciplines as a career choice.
